Meet & Greet from Colchester.
A stress-free welcome with a driver waiting inside the terminal, holding a personalised name board, tracking your flight, and assisting you directly to your vehicle.
How does Meet & Greet work?
Our Meet & Greet service is available for an additional £10, plus the airport’s applicable car park charges.
Your driver will arrive at the airport’s short-stay car park approximately 20 minutes after your flight lands, allowing you time to pass through passport control and collect your luggage. They will then meet you inside the arrivals hall, holding a name board so you can easily identify them.
Travelling light and need your driver to meet you earlier? You can request an earlier meeting time when booking. Make sure to mention that as an additional note.

- Saloon — Audi A4. 4 passengers, 2 large or 4 small suitcases.
- SUV / Estate — Tesla Model Y. 4 passengers, 3 large and 2 small suitcases.
- MPV — Volkswagen Sharan. 6 passengers, 4 large suitcases.
- Minibus — Volkswagen Transporter. 8 passengers, spacious luggage area.
- Executive — Mercedes-Benz S-Class. Up to 4 passengers, airport luggage for a small party.
